Mike and his assistant went above and beyond to take care of my issue. I was able to get an appointment with them within a day of calling them. Mike is so pleasant and really cares about your issue and doesn’t quit until he gets the job done! This is the second time I have called on them and I am very happy with the results! I highly recommend them!
First time with a cesspool and of course we had to call for same day service. Mike was here less than an hour after I called and they took care of everything including finding the cover and answering my questions so I can take care of my cesspool in the future. Devon and Mike were an amazing team. They were prompt, courteous, and professional. The job was executed quickly without taking away efficiency and neatness. They were very knowledgeable about the situation as they reassured us that everything was going to be alright because they knew what needed to be done. I can’t say enough good things about Mike and his team at Strong Island. I’ve been having a reoccurring issue with a sump pump and he has been back to sort it all out. Needed a full backyard cesspool pumped. Strong island answered my phone call right away (not every company even calls back, much less picks up the phone) scheduled for a time and date that was convenient for me and even came early. The team of three, led by Mike, pumped out and put chemicals in the cesspool. Charged a fair price and worked efficiently. Would recommend Strong Island cesspool highly.

I had a backup and called their office around 10pm, they were showed up right on time at 7:30 Am and promptly fixed the problem with our trap, going above and beyond to ensure it didn’t happen again. Very happy with the service.

Strong island is the best to call if you are indeed of a cesspool service. My bathtub was overflowing and i needs service ASAP. After calling about four companies, he was the one that was going to come with

We were having an emergency cesspool issue, and Mike (the owner) was here in less than 30 minutes. He was incredibly helpful and friendly, answered all of our questions, and gave a reasonable price. I strongly recommend StrongIsland Cesspool service!!!
Just like the other reviews on here, I called my regular cesspool guy as well as several others who would not show up in an emergency despite their businesses stating they are emergency services. Called and got Mike and he said he would be here in about and hour and he was EXACTLY RIGHT ON TIME! They had their big cesspool truck plus another work truck with various tools, prepared for anything and were relentless until they resolved our issue over 2 hours later. Wonderful experience with these guys and highly recommend. They were more than fairly priced, dependable, professional, and showed up when they said they would! Highly recommended! Thanks again guys!
